Caprese - on a stick!

So I got this idea a while back from my friend, Becky. I love the Italian dish/appetizer, caprese salad, so when I wanted to a dish to bring to a party, my friend Becky shared her version of this Caprese salad. Easy to pick up and eat and quite delish! Here are the ingredients, but feel free to make it your own and serve with any flavors that may tickle your tongue.

- One pack of Mozzarella pearls - a key ingredient and a difficult one to find.
- Marinade mozzarella pearls  with Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper to taste. I used to marinade over night, but that is slightly aggressive and makes the pearls/balls mushy. So just do that an hour prior to fixing.
- Cherry tomatoes- sliced in half, not length ways, but of course, whatever tickles your fancy.
- FRESH basil (People - do not cheap out and try to buy fake stuff! I know fresh basil may be tricky and go bad quickly, but this is an addition that you won't regret!)
- Assemble on toothpick and serve
 - Eat & Enjoy :)
Will blog tomorrow about the Saints win and my gorgeous Saints wreath that I proudly hang on my door, win or loss...
