3 week hiatus!

As promised in my previous post, I'm here to explain my three week hiatus. Beginning in December, I began a lengthy interviewing process at Ochsner Medical Center to work in the Oncology clinic. It was so uplifting to be in a positive working environment in which colleagues collaborate, discuss, and motivate one another. After interviewing with the operations manager, director of Oncology and finally, the main Oncologist I will be working for/with, things have finally become official! 

I've decided that I needed to detox from a rough 10 months. It wasn't an easy departure from my patients and coworkers, but all I will say is... I'm keeping them in my prayers. My detox program will be consisted of things I love: organization, a lengthy to-do list, and TRAVEL!!!

March 7-10 my mom embarked on a long-awaited road trip to Texas to visit family in League City. Got to see where all my beautiful cousins are living these days, ate good food, and didn't stop! 

Next up, the beautiful rainy state of Washington! Anyone who knows me knows that this is the one place  I'd drop Louisiana for in a hot second.
